Pet Policy
Dogs are cats are welcome with a $500 deposit for first pet and $250 for second pet. Pet rent is $35/mo per adult pets and $60/mo per pet for puppies and kittens under 9 months of age. Dogs require a one-time non-refundable DNA testing fee of $49.
